Marriage Program Coordinator
Charlie Halleran serves as Director of Marriage Programs of Live the Life South Florida. He comes from a strong pastoral care background and has been serving in the church world since 1991 as a youth pastor, senior pastor, campus pastor and associate pastor. Whether a union is in crisis or needing marriage enrichment, he has a passion to serve couples. For over two decades, Charlie has had the opportunity to minister to hundreds of couples through premarital and marriage counseling.
Confidence to help families comes from God’s heart for marriage and His willingness to move in the hearts of couples with practical relational helps and application of truth. So many marriages are salvageable and a marriage restored has such a present impact and lasting legacy. Charlie’s life verse for his own marriage is Ephesians 4:32, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” In Christ, every resource is available for a healthy marriage.
As a midwesterner from Columbus, Ohio, Charlie enjoys living in Fort Lauderdale and claims semi-native status. He is a graduate of The Baptist College of Florida in 1994 and from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University in 1998. Married to April since 1998, proud father of Patrick and Timothy, butler to Louie our cairn terrier.
